Browerville/Eagle Valley Speech Team speaks well
On January 13, the Browerville/Eagle Valley Speech Team traveled to St. Cloud Tech High School for their first tournament of the season. The team had an outstanding day!
Abigail Couchey was recognized for being the top novice speaker at the tournament.
Placing at the tournament were: Adrianna Eckel, 1st in Creative Expression; Faith Robinson, 4th, and Cheyenne Birkholtz, 5th, in Drama Interpretation; Samuel Asmus, 2nd, and Alexander Stormoen, 5th, in Humorous Interp, Duo Interp; Bryce Rickbeil, 3rd, Abigail Couchey, 4th, and Hannah Blommel, 6th, in Informative Speaking; and Gavin Marxer, 6th place in Storytelling.
The team placed 3rd out of 13 teams.
The team is coached by Stephanie Eckel, Brianna Robertson, and volunteer coach Morgan Thielen.
