Lund Boats shooter enters plea deal

According to court documents filed on October 2, David Jeremiah Gadsden will enter into a guilty plea to count two, attempted manslaughter in the first degree, and remaining counts to be dismissed.

Gadsden shall be committed for five and a half months, and pay a fine to be determined by the court, plus court costs and surcharges, and restitution to the victim. He will be free to argue for a downward durational departure. The hearing is set for November 16...
